Aftermath Behavioral Health is an outpatient clinic for individuals seeking help with a Mental Health diagnosis. We are located conveniently located off of 95 in Wakefield MA. We are looking for Master Level Clinicians with experience in Mental Health to join our team!
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' Mental Health needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapies.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients..
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other Mental Health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and counselors.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Mental Health treatment and therapies.
- Participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and clinical supervision.
**Qualifications:**
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Current licensure in Massachusetts as an LCSW, LMHC.
- Experience in providing therapeutic services in a Mental Health setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
- Empathetic and compassionate approach to client care.
