Job Description
POMCC is a group-practice setting where you can work independently with the benefits of a clinic setting. You can build your own hybrid schedule and have the option of in-person sessions, as so desired without the over-head costs. POMCC will handle billing and advertising to ease your work load and keep up your client roster. As the practice grows, your opportunities for growth and new roles will become available. You have the option for W-2 and 1099 employment, per your preference. Benefits package will grow with your caseload as you maintain ideal client show rates (e.g. avg. 25 per week). Additional benefits can be discussed. Future plans for hiring LACs and opportunity to supervise, if you so wish. Multiple locations planned for the future, allow greater flexibility to you and your clients.
Responsibilities:
- Screen and provide direct care and support to individuals with Mental Health conditions - Able to work independently with low to moderate guidance
- Develop and implement treatment plans and clinical talk therapy interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress, behaviors, and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with other providers treating clients to coordinate care
- Support scheduling and billing procedures when needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in depression, anxiety and PTSD
- Knowledge of case management principles and practices
- Proficient in medical documentation and use of ICD-10 coding system
- Strong research skills to stay updated on current Mental Health practices
- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
