Licensed Mental Health Therapists Wanted - Join our Growing Community
We are a rapidly expanding Mental Health community committed to providing exceptional therapy services and promoting optimal Mental Health for our clients. Our team consists of licensed therapists dedicated to delivering top-quality care to individuals with diverse Mental Health requirements.
Licensed therapists who join our team will be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Flexible full-time or part-time positions available with adaptable scheduling options.
Our Mental Health community offers a supportive environment for both therapists and clients. Therapists have the flexibility to work fully remotely.
Responsibilities:
● Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' Mental Health status and needs.
● Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs.
● Provide individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based and solution-focused approaches.
● Utilize teletherapy to deliver virtual therapy sessions to clients.
● Offer crisis intervention services as required.
● Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay up-to-date with Mental Health best practices and industry standards.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
• Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD)
