Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to individuals dealing with Mental Health issues. Responsibilities: - Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address various Mental Health concerns - Provide crisis management and intervention when necessary - Administer psychotherapy techniques to help clients develop coping skills and manage their emotions - Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' Mental Health needs - Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs - Utilize clinical counseling techniques to assist clients in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients - Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of Mental Health Requirements: - Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field - Valid state license or certification as a Mental Health Therapist - Experience in conducting group therapy sessions - Proficiency in crisis management and intervention techniques - Knowledge of various psychotherapy modalities and their application - Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles - Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) - Ability to provide direct support and care for clients with PTSD - Strong communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive compensation, benefits package, and opportunities for professional development.
