Patient Types: Adult Psych - aged 18-65. All psychiatric except forensic. Adult only, both voluntary and involuntary.
Mandatory Skills: Run groups, patient rounding, 1:1 observation, pass trays, vital signs, psych de-escalation technique
Required Certifications: BLS, CNA or NAR, MOAB or CPI, Food Handlers permit, Affiliated Counselor upon acceptance (after start)
Floating: same type of units
Receptionist Available: yes
Nurse to Patient Ratio: depending on unit and shift
Tech to Patient Ratio: depending on unit and shift days 3 techs to 8 patients, nights 2 techs to 12 patients
Support Staff: RN, Provider
EMR: EPIC
On-Call: no
Weekend Rotation: every other weekend
Scrub Color: none
