We seek a Mental Health & Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team in Raleigh, NC.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
Duly Licensed as LCMHC or LCSW and LCAS for independent practice in North Carolina
Can commute to the location in person full-time
Must be able to pass a drug and background screening upon hire

Beneficial Skills & Experience:
Experience facilitating Intensive Outpatient Programs for both the Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Treatment Tracks
Comfortable completing intake assessments and meeting expectations with notation entries
Experience providing individual and group therapy in an outpatient setting

First Step Services is an NCDHHS-licensed outpatient facility for the treatment of Mental Health and substance use disorders. First Step Services strives to utilize best practices while providing outpatient Mental Health and substance use disorder treatment and intensive outpatient services for substance use disorders in the community. Our goal is to make treatment services as accessible as possible and to reduce as many barriers to treatment as possible throughout the Triangle region of North Carolina.
