We seek a Clinical Mental Health Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team in Raleigh, NC.

Compensation:

• $40,000 - $45,000 annually
• Salaried W2 Employment

Requirements:

• Duly Licensed as LCMHC or LCSW and LCAS for Independent practice in North Carolina
• Can commute to the Raleigh, NC location, in-person full-time
• Must be able to pass a drug screening upon hire

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Must be comfortable using computers and Microsoft programs
• Experience facilitating Intensive Outpatient Programs for both the Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Treatment Tracks
• Comfortable completing intake assessments and meeting expectations with notation entries
• Experience providing individual and group therapy in an outpatient setting

First Step Services strives to utilize best practices while providing outpatient Mental Health and substance use disorder treatment and intensive outpatient services for substance use disorders in the community. Our goal is to make treatment services as accessible as possible and to reduce as many barriers to treatment as possible throughout the Triangle region of North Carolina.
