We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join our team! Come work in a supportive environment that promotes leadership and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
- Conduct a comprehensive psychosocial assessment that includes the consumer’s problems, strengths, and preferences; including cultural, religious, and ethnic background and implications for the treatment plan.
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- LCSW-C, LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, LCMFT, LCADC, LGADC, CAC-AD
- Previous experience in Mental Health counseling or other related fields
- Familiarity with community Mental Health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
Inspiring Change Mental Health Services is a behavioral health organization that offers an array of services. Our agency offers Mental Health counseling, medication management services, substance use counseling, psychiatric rehabilitation services and recovery housing for individuals fighting to overcome addiction. Additionally, we provide services to individuals across the lifespan. We service individuals in multiple locations across the city. Inspiring Change is approved by the Maryland Board of Social Work to provide continuing educations units.
