Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Stay current with developments in the field of Mental Health therapy

Experience:
- Licensed in Maryland - LCPC, LCSW-C, LGPC, LMSW, LCMFT
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Mental Health Therapist or related role
- Strong knowledge and experience in clinical counseling, Mental Health counseling, and cognitive behavioral therapy
- Experience conducting group therapy sessions and facilitating support groups
- Familiarity with art therapy techniques and their application in a therapeutic setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to Mental Health disorders and treatments
- Experience working with diverse populations and addressing cultural considerations in therapy

Education:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
