Position: Care Manager
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Pay Range: $19.50/hr. - $28.20/hr.
Sign on Bonus: $1,000

Gateway Adult Residential Care is a group of four 24/7 residential care providers dedicated to serving adults with various needs, including mental health issues, Dementia and Alzheimer's, brain injury, challenging behaviors, and aging-related needs. What You'll Do:
As a Care Manager, you will:
- Provide day-to-day support to the Nursing Department
- Process orders and labs, manage admissions and discharges
- Coordinate appointments with doctors and external agencies
- Offer ongoing training and support to care providers
- Maintain cleanliness in the workspace and ensure paperwork is up to date
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of caregiver experience in a residential care setting
- Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations
- Proficiency in communication and computer skills
- Successful completion of a criminal history background check
