You'll be part of a team prioritizing collaboration, innovation, and exploring new initiatives and concepts.

The essential duties of the Membership Engagement Manager include the following:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies to increase member involvement.
  • Cultivate relationships with members through personalized communication, outreach efforts, and targeted campaigns.

  • Onboard new member organizations and their representatives.
  • Offboard non-renewing members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and their representatives.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to Membership Engagement and retention via a membership dashboard.
  • Provide bi-monthly updates to the UIDP board.
  • Other duties as assigned.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You have a natural ability to develop and maintain good relationships, communicate clearly, inspire, and influence others, and work well in a team. You have an affinity for delivering elite customer service. You are comfortable with changes in course and circumstances. You have an uncanny ability to pivot focus and resources as tasks dictate. You work hard, smart, and efficiently, and you can take an idea and run with it with minimal supervision. You embrace your role and enjoy providing support to the team. You are meticulous in your organizational skills and meet all deadlines expeditiously.
