Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain organization viability through goal attainment set forth in member center and corporate balanced scorecards.
- Promote a needs-based sales and service culture by living CEFCU's mission, vision, and values, and supporting member center and corporate balanced scorecards initiatives.
- Supports other Member Centers in the region as needed for the purposes of cross training and to cover staffing shortages to meet business demands and maintain appropriate service levels.
This is a full-time position (minimum 37.5 hours for the week); availability to work on Saturdays is required.
The hourly rate of pay for new hires is $22.61/hour.

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registration (NMLS) to comply with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act).
- One year of previous customer service experience with cash handling.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are required for some positions.
- Must be sales/solutions/service oriented and work well in a production/goal attainment environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of customer service experience, including cash handling, preferably with a financial institution.
