Member Services Representative

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members.
- Assist members with inquiries, account changes, and other financial services
- Process deposits, withdrawls, and open new accounts
- Operate core procesing system and handle cash transactions accurately

- Explain credit union services and process loan applications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle member complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in banking or other financial services preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling and operating computers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
