As a Member Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to establish and maintain positive relationships with our members, promoting our products and services, and providing guidance on the different options available. Responsibilities;
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Assist members with account updates, billing inquiries, and general information requests.
- Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Investigate and resolve member complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote and cross-sell our products and services to members, identifying opportunities for additional benefits.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements to effectively assist members.
Requirements;
