DESCRIPTION: We seek energetic, customer service focused candidates to become a part-time Member Service Representative. Member Service Representatives are responsible for a variety of tasks including providing excellent customer service, processing account transactions accurately, helping to resolve customer concerns in a courteous and timely fashion, and following proper procedures to minimize errors and reduce fraud attempts.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
· Teller experience is preferred, but not necessary.
· Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred
· Basic math skills
· Knowledge of Word and Excel
· Customer service focused and professional demeanor
· Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
· Ability to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities
· High attention to detail
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
· Ability to follow DOYFCU policies and procedures complying with federal regulations, security and robbery
· Proficient in general computer programs and operation of office equipment
· Ability to receive and maintain confidential information
· Work a flexible schedule (20-25 hrs. a week)
