Here's What You'll Do:
- Needs Discovery: You'll excel at uncovering member needs by engaging in meaningful conversations and providing tailored solutions to address those needs.
- Proactive Referrals: Take the initiative to discuss and refer additional products to internal partners, enhancing the overall member experience.
- Efficient Processing: Be the go-to person for processing requests related to memberships, depository accounts, loans, and account maintenance services.
- Ongoing Support: Regularly follow up with members to ensure their financial needs are not only met but exceeded. Identifying any additional needs they might have is key.
- Sales & Service Excellence: Embrace the challenge of meeting or exceeding established sales and service goals, driving our organization's success.
- Stay Informed: Keep yourself up-to-date on current products, services, and marketing campaigns through training and continuous learning, ensuring you remain a trusted resource for our members.
- Compliance Commitment: Maintain strict compliance with all financial regulations, including BSA, OFAC, Reg CC, USA PATRIOT Act, and others relevant to your role.
- Confidentiality: Safeguard member information and other sensitive data with the utmost care.
- 1-2 years related experience in a financial institution
