Member Services Representative

Overview:
We are seeking a Member Services Representative to join our team (Need someone with Healthcare background). As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about products, services, and membership benefits
- Process member transactions accurately, including cash handling
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and effectively
- Assist with member account inquiries, updates, and changes
- Resolve member complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Promote and sell additional products or services, such as wireless electronics, jewelry, or technology
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Experience in sales, particularly in wireless electronics, jewelry, or technology sales, is advantageous
- Knowledge of electronic devices and technology trends is preferred
