As a Member Contact Representative, you will be able to use your excellent communication skills to provide professional and personalized service to our Members/Customers. You will have the opportunity to showcase your success and earn incentives when you meet monthly sales/service goals. In addition, you have the satisfaction of helping our members/customers while learning and growing with in the Financial Services industry.

On a daily bases you will- Answer incoming telephone calls and assist members with any of the following: -Resolving problems -Cross-selling credit union products -Rate quotations/negotiations -Researching account information -Ordering checks, statements and check copies And more...

Essential Duties

• quoting savings and loan rates
• quoting blue book rates
• ordering checks
• ordering statements and check copies
• calculating and quoting dividends (interest) and loan payments
• paying off loans
• payroll deductions
• providing general information
• setting up automatic transfers
• advising member of investment opportunities or options
• referring the opening, adjusting and closing of accounts
• cross-selling Credit Union products
