Member Care Coordinator will be responsible for conducting providing support to our core members in our Mogul Circle Club. Primary responsibilities will include contacting identified members to inform and educate them on program updates, answer community questions and providing a white glove level of support to our members.
Our members are high performing, high earning women entrepreneurs. So we're looking for someone who has experience with clients at that level (think CEO, serial entrepreneur, etc). This position is NOT ideal for someone with a general call center background. Must have experience in top tier customer service environments (think similar to American Express).
This is a contract to hire role.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for communicating system updates.
· Perform outreach and follow up attempts to members on their membership.
· Build relationships with members to encourage active engagement and to alert management quickly when issues arise.
· Inform and educate members on their program and benefits associated with it, may use supplied scripts. Complete records in system by performing data entry. Encourage member usage of our programs, including arranging appointments and additional member services. Generate appropriate correspondence and send to member manually, electronically, or mail.
· Conduct check-ins with members to review individual plan goals
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years experience in a membership environment.
· Excellent communication skills including knowing when to escalate as needed.
· Ability to work without constant supervision.
· Ability to work with medium call volume daily.
· Pleasant demeanor and seeks to help customers at the highest level of service.
· Knowledge of systems such as Acuity, Wordpress, Slack, and CRM systems.
· Experience coordinating member medical related needs, providing assistance to members, and analyzing member needs
· PC proficiency including Microsoft Office applications
· Excellent Customer Service skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
