As a Maintenance Team Member, you would:
- Assist your crew by maintaining landscapes that look beautiful and provide ecological benefits, connecting people to their environment.
- Have the ability and motivation to perform physical labor such as: digging, mulching, planting, raking, weeding, weed whacking, pruning, pushing wheelbarrows up hills, etc.
- Properly operate and maintain all tools and equipment.
- Work some long days during peak season and in all weather conditions.
- Contribute to a positive company culture by communicating effectively and treating all staff and clients with respect.
Team Members would need experience or knowledge in the following areas:
- Minimum 2 years experience in outdoor physical labor, preferably in the landscaping industry
- Solid horticultural knowledge a must (practices such as planting and pruning) with the ability to identify native, non-native and invasive plants.
- Strong communication skills: effectively and constructively connect with management and other crew members
