We are looking for a Cosmetic Patient Care Coordinator. PREFERRED to have at least 2 years of experience in a Medical Aesthetics/Cosmetic Practice. Candidate must be flexible and available full time.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Excellent customer service
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Assisting with consultations
- Knowledge of pre and post-op care
- Knowledge of fillers, neurotoxins and other cosmetic treatments.
- Extensive knowledge of skincare products
- Well organized
- Great with computer systems
- Good at sales
- Has a great attitude!
Candidate should be fluent in English and Spanish. The preferred candidate is an efficient self-starter, with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Ideal candidate must also have exceptional listening skills. Professionalism and maturity in speech and demeanor is required. Candidate should be compassionate, empathetic and detail-oriented. Must work great in a team settings and have the ability to multi-task with overlapping deadlines. Looking for someone to start ASAP!
Candidates must have great customer service skills, and a passion for the cosmetic industry.
