Front Office Coordinator onsite and scheduling appointments from home. Permanent coordinator/support for our Centerville and West Chester, Ohio locations. For consideration, candidates will be able to multitask, be pleasant and professionally appropriate under pressure, able to prioritize, navigate scheduling software, have average or above computer skills. You will be performing a variety of tasks including front desk management and one on one assistance with business owner and manager. You will need to be prompt, reliable, have dependable transportation as well as possess excellent communication and written skills. This is a busy, part time permanent position that requires dependability, varied hours and days although there is some flexibility in days. No two days are alike. At least one partial Saturday per month required.
