SalaryA 17 plus year old, successful, and multi-location Med-Spa is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medspa Director of Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medspa, planning and overseeing medspa growth, ensuring smooth workflow, exceptional customer service, and efficient administrative processes. The medspa Director of Operations will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for both staff and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee strategies related to medspa growth.
- Manage and supervise the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and answering phone calls.
- Coordinate and oversee the administrative tasks, such as maintaining client records, managing inventory, and ordering supplies.
- Ensure the medspa is compliant with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including maintaining proper documentation and following safety protocols.
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the medical director and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth coordination of services and effective communication.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve any issues to the client’s satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage financial transactions, including processing payments, handling insurance claims, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and technologies to provide recommendations for improving the medspa’s services.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
