Physical Requirements:Sitting at workstation for extended periods of time; repetitive motions typical of desk work; prolonged screen time; lifting/carrying/pulling objects up to 30 lbs.
Shift:Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours/week), with occasional evenings and weekends as required.
Job Summary:Institutional Research, Analytics and Decision Support (IRADS) is seeking a Planning & Financial Operations Director to provide project management and support across the different teams in coordination with IRADS leadership. This position is focused on improved coordination and communication with customers across the university to provide consistent and accurate data for the institution. A successful candidate in this position will enhance the university’s ability to strategically leverage our data and analytics to achieve the goals described in the institution’s strategic plan.This individual will be responsible for implementing and managing a common project management system across the different IRADS teams. A successful candidate will also monitor all aspects of the IRADS annual budget as well as budgets supporting key institutional financial initiatives to improve student success across the university. This position will also be responsible for coordinating with campus partners for these financial initiates to optimize processes and assist in achieving institutional goals.
