```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and scanning
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including booking conference rooms and arranging catering
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with order entry and inventory management using QuickBooks
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry, file management, and office tasks
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus

Pay: $17.24 - $18.21 per hour
