```Duties:```
- Administer medications to patients according to prescribed dosages and schedules
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
- Document medication administration and any observed changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication management
- Assist with medication inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Provide support and assistance to patients with activities of daily living, as necessary
```Requirements:```
- Acute care experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic physiology
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, such as Cerner
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with healthcare professionals
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration
- Experience in dementia care or nursing home settings is a plus
