We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients in gaining Medicare DME and Part B approval.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients (dentists) in understanding and completing Medicare Part B and DME applications accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize the PECOS system for enrollment processing and verification.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation of all enrollment activities.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the enrollment process, ensuring compliance with Medicare regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline enrollment procedures and improve overall efficiency.
- Stay updated on changes and updates in Medicare policies and procedures.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Medicare Enrollment Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare Part B and DME applications.
- Proficiency in using the PECOS system.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Prior experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
