Sigma Healthcare Team is currently looking for a Medical Technologist to work onsite in Oak Bluffs, MA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Under general supervision, performs the tests ordered in the specific laboratory section(s) as assigned. Sections include chemistry, hematology, transfusion service, and microbiology.
• Access to coordinator or other professional personnel is required.
• May assist CLA's and other technical team.
• Other duties assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Lab Science is required.
• Current State MT or MLT (ASCP) required.
• 5+yrs of experience preferred.
• Skill Sets Required: Working knowledge and experience in CLIA laboratory performing high complexity testing, LIS systems (preferably, communication skills).
• EMR (Charting System): EPIC.
• Certifications Required:Medical Technologist Certification (ASCP, NCA, AMT, HEW).
• Additional Information: Weekend and Holiday Rotations.
