Salary- Assists in the Medical Staff support function for the Medical Staff Organization.
- Coordinates receipt of credentialing and privileging applications following processing and primary source verification as license check, DEA and OIG
- Follow-up with outside verifications
- Assists in coordination, of tracking and monitoring Licensure check and DEA check. (expirables)
- Generates queries and reports from credentialing and privileging with excel database.
- Assists with reappointment follow-up’s
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Proficient with Word and Excel
- English and Spanish Speaking
- Knowledge of Medical Staff affairs operational processes Preferred.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) Preferred.
- Database management skills including query and report generation.
- Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
