```Duties```
- Assist healthcare providers in documenting patient encounters and medical histories
- Accurately record patient information, including symptoms, medical history, and treatment plans
- Transcribe physician orders and prescriptions
- Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and basic life support
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Ability to accurately record information in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills:
- Patient care: Ability to assist healthcare providers in providing quality patient care
- Medication administration: Knowledge of medication administration procedures and protocols
- Medical terminology: Proficiency in medical terminology and ability to accurately transcribe medical information
- Basic life support: Understanding of basic life support techniques and ability to respond in emergency situations
- Hospital: Familiarity with hospital operations and protocols
- Anatomy knowledge: Understanding of human anatomy and ability to accurately document anatomical details
- Medical administrative support: Ability to assist with various administrative tasks in a medical setting
- Vital signs: Knowledge of how to measure and record vital signs accurately
- X-Ray: Familiarity with X-ray procedures and ability to accurately document X-ray findings
