We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Medical Scribe. As a Medical Scribe, you will play a crucial role in assisting Cardiologist in the office by accurately documenting medical information and ensuring the smooth flow of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently document patient encounters, medical histories, physical examinations, and treatment plans
- Transcribe medical dictations and enter data into electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Assist healthcare providers with navigating EMR systems and retrieving patient information
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient visits
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive patient information
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Cardiology and Primary Care terminology and procedures is a plus
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately transcribe medical information
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Previous experience working in a medical office or hospital setting is preferred, but not required.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
