Medical Scheduling Representative/ Medical Specialists Office
We are seeking a skilled Medical Scheduler to join our team. As a Medical Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating appointments and ensuring efficient scheduling for our medical office. The ideal candidate will have EXPERIENCE in medical scheduling, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the appointment schedule for healthcare providers
- Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary instructions
- Update patient records with appointment details and any changes or cancellations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to optimize scheduling processes
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to scheduling
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Skills:
- Experience in medical administrative support roles
- Proficiency in medical scheduling software such as e Clinical Works
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining schedules and records
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
