Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and Medical product sales. As a Medical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and promoting our medical products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical field
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and laboratory technicians.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional network
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (e.g., Business, Marketing, Healthcare)
- Proven track record of success in Medical Sales or a related field
- Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Quickbooks online
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in Laboratory sales or medical device sales
- Leadership skills to lead a team of sales representatives
- Customer service experience in a healthcare setting
We offer a unique compensation package which is 30% commission on profit with a minimum sales of $500,000 per year. You can work from home, even in a different state and you make your own hours and opportunities.
