Medical Sales Representative / Cold Caller
Contract-Remote (Preferably in PST time zone)
$15-20/hour
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and driven Medical Sales Representative or Cold Caller to join our dynamic team. This role involves proactively reaching out to potential clients, and effectively presenting and selling our medical products or services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting innovative healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, emails, and other communication methods to generate leads and establish appointments.
Product Presentation: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our medical products or services to potential customers.
Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the specific needs of healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, or medical facilities.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing time and resources, and maximizing sales opportunities.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals using CRM software.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to develop and implement sales strategies and contribute to the company's overall sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry for a year
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
