Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations to gather patient information and assess their suitability for our Reversing Neuropathy/Knee Solutions Program.
• Review the Doctor’s recommendations for care with patients and address any concerns or objections they may have.
• Motivate and encourage patients to take action and participate in the program.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the healthcare industry focusing on patient care and/or treatment coordinating is preferable but not required
• Ability to inspire and motivate people to take action
• Compassion, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism
• Comfortable discussing finances with patients and finding solutions to financial and monetary issues
• Comfortable working with older demographic and around a small-sized team
