SalaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scanner. As a Scanner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized Medical Records within our medical office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of medical terminology and experience working with Medical Records. You will also be cross trained on all functions of the department.

Please note that this position does not involve direct patient care.
Duties:
- Scan and digitize medical documents, including patient records, test results, and other relevant paperwork
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of scanned documents
- Organize and maintain electronic files and folders
- Retrieve and distribute scanned documents as needed
- Assist with data entry tasks related to Medical Records management
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with OnBase scanning system and EPIC a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to meet scanning deadlines
