SalaryJob responsibilities:
- Fulfilling all medical record and subpoena requests
- Logging medical record requests into system
- Requesting records our providers need to provide patient care
- Attaching records to patient charts in EMR system
- Determine records to be released, by reviewing requestor information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and obtaining pertinent patient data from various sources, including electronic, off-site, or physical records that match patient requests.
- Respond to phone calls from medical and support personnel requesting records
- Comply with company policies and regulations
- Report to direct supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
Experience is preferred.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
