Job Title: Medical Records Retriever

Duration: 4 Months Contract

Location: Chicago, IL 60601

Description: This position is responsible for communicating effectively and professionally with care provider offices, clinics, hospitals, other clinical facilities in order to collect Medical Records. Updates contact and tracking information via database / spreadsheets. Performs various other project- related tasks as needed. MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH SHIFTING PRIORITIES BASED ON PROJECT NEED. Must possess strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- PC experience and skills to include (Microsoft Office suite – MS Word / MS Excel)
- High school diploma/ bachelor’s degree
- Database entry experience
- Call center experience
- Experience in an office environment
- Familiarity with medical office environment and basic medical terminology
- Goal-oriented as this is a time sensitive project
- Ability to build relationships with providers through consistent communication to retrieve Medical Records
- Ability to adapt to change

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.45 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
