SalaryThe primary function of the ROI Team Lead is to assist the District Manager with distribution and monitoring of work to employees and primary contact for client.
- Provide training and cross-training of new and existing employees.
- Monitor completion and quality of work.
- Communicate problems, potential problems, and status of site to District Manager
- Monitor production ensuring that workflow is maintained and turnaround times are kept within contractual guidelines.
- Assist District Manager with interviewing and provide input.
- Maintain confidentiality of both patient information and also employee information.
- Maintain objectivity and fairness when working with the staff.
- Act as primary contact for client leadership.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
