- Organize and maintain Medical Records in a healthcare setting

- Scan and electronically file medical documents
- Assist with coding and indexing Medical Records
- Follow established procedures for record retention and destruction
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with Medical Records management
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
