Salary- Organizes and evaluates patient Medical Records.
- Reviews Medical Records for accuracy and completeness.
- Files and retrieves organized Medical Records.
- Retrieves charts from various departments daily.
- Answers phones and handles request of information in a confidential, professional and expedient manner.
- Maintains and logs all shred boxes appropriately.
- Follows health system requirements, policy and standards on confidentiality and release of protected health information.
- Reviews all charts for completeness before adding to shred box.
- Remains compliant with all HIPAA requirements and regulations.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Backup front desk when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
