Medical Records Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain Medical Records in accordance with established procedures
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of patient information
- Retrieve and deliver Medical Records as requested by healthcare providers and staff
- Process requests for release of Medical Records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Scan and index documents into electronic health record systems
- Assist with data entry and updating patient information in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely record keeping

Skills:
- Proficiency in Medical Records management and organization
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $12.70 - $16.00 per hour
