Medical Records Administrator - $18/Hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive phone and fax correspondence, averaging 70-80 calls daily.
• Contact healthcare facilities to facilitate medical record requests, including faxing authorizations and conducting follow-ups while meticulously documenting all efforts.
• Initially engage in data entry tasks, transitioning to additional data entry responsibilities related to medical record requests after training.
• Manage confidential client information with the utmost discretion.
• Record all interactions with clients in the company database, ensuring thorough documentation.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, displaying high dependability and the ability to follow instructions.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of office or customer service experience.
• Experience with electronic Medical Records is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Seeking an individual who is self-directed, reliable, and enjoys phone-based tasks.

Additional Info:

• Pay rate: $18/hr.
• Schedule: 8am - 5pm Mon - Thurs (paid lunch), Fri 8am - 12pm (40 hour work week)
• Type: Contract-to-hire
