Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive phone and fax correspondence, averaging 70-80 calls daily.
- Contact healthcare facilities to facilitate medical record requests, including faxing authorizations and conducting follow-ups while meticulously documenting all efforts.
- Initially engage in data entry tasks, transitioning to additional data entry responsibilities related to medical record requests after training.
- Manage confidential client information with the utmost discretion.
- Record all interactions with clients in the company database, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, displaying high dependability and the ability to follow instructions.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of office or customer service experience.
- Experience with electronic Medical Records is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Seeking an individual who is self-directed, reliable, and enjoys phone-based tasks.
Additional Info:
- Pay rate: $18/hr.
- Schedule: 8am - 5pm Mon - Thurs (paid lunch), Fri 8am - 12pm (40 hour work week)
- Type: Contract-to-hire
