Medical Record Reviewer

Job description

Command Medical Solutions is seeking a full time Medical Record Reviewer. The Medical Records reviewer is responsible for reviewing records and data entry into a secure system.

Qualified candidates must possess the following skills:

• Previous 1+ years in the medical field.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Excellent typing, communication and attention to detail skills.
• Working knowledge of computers, keyboard/mouse, and MS Word or similar software.

Job Duties:

• Provide accurate information gathered from the Medical Records within a reasonable timeframe, which is consistent and organized, necessary to support the clinician.
• Other duties as assigned.
