Medical Receptionist- Whs Ob-Gyn Associates

The Medical Receptionist assures that each patient’s visit and logistical arrangements surrounding the visit are carried out with courtesy, care, and consistency. Performs tasks related to all aspects of patient registration, information, and billing. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for ensuring accurate daily record keeping for all postings. At a minimum, must perform Washington Health System Core Medical Receptionist Skills & Responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Accountable and responsible for the provision of clerical duties, the registration process according to established standards and policies of the Washington Health System.
2. Accountable for accurate daily record keeping for all collections.
3. Accurately reports information to the manager when concerns are noted related to patient registration and/or record keeping.

Location: This person will work primarily at the Waynesburg OB-Gyn Associates Office!

Shift: Days; 8:00AM or 8:30AM to 4:30PM; Occasionally rotating evenings hours 10:30AM-7PM.

Hours per Week: 32, Part-Time
