The Client Care Specialist (Medical Receptionist - Front Desk) will serve as the main point of contact between our patients and our clinical team, with primary responsibility for new patient intake, benefits verification, scheduling, and payment collections.
Full Time position. Monday–Friday. 8 hour shift. $16-$21/hr. based on experience. Monthly performance bonus.

Job Responsibilities
- New Patient Intake: Serve as main point of contact for responding to new patient inquiries, collecting patient demographics, insurance information, and medical history.
Benefits Verification & Authorization: Confirm and verify insurance benefits and eligibility. Determine and obtain authorization (as required).
Scheduling: Partner with clinical team to schedule patient appointments
Payment Collections: Provide patients with estimate of financial responsibility and collect payments at time of visit.
General Administrative: Respond to phone calls, email, and fax communications as needed. Manage patient records, e-file insurance statements, and maintain various clinical reports.
General Clinical Support: Partner with clinical team to maintain clinic appearance and cleanliness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Great communicator and multitasker, detail-oriented
- Positive attitude, good work ethic, integrity and empathetic toward people that are in pain
- H.S. graduate or GED certificate
- Up-to-date DL and a dependable vehicle
- Excellent at handling details, communicating and multitasking
- Great demeanor, strong integrity and compassion
