Dermatology Associates - Camp Hill

Are you looking for a part-time position in a professional office, with room to grow?

We are looking for a dependable, friendly individual to join our practice in our branch office location in the Camp Hill/Mechanicsburg area. The position is currently, part-time, 3-4 days a week with potential to transition into a Full time position as the office grows.

If you enjoy working with others and providing good customer service to our patients, we would like to talk to you. This is an office secretarial position with no clinical duties.

Part-time: 3 -4 days per week - no evenings or weekends

This position also includes paid holidays, paid time off and retirement plan.

Daily Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling patient appointments
• Checking in patients prior to appointments
• Checking out patients and accurately post charges after appointments
• Answering multi-line phone system
• Opening/Closing office

Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task and work in team environment.
• Minimum one year medical front office or pharmacy tech experience required
• Working knowledge of medical insurance, a plus.
• Experience with medical software preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Reliable attendance

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
