Medical Receptionist

Full time position - 4 days a week

Monday-Thursday (approx 32 hours)

Seeking a dependable, friendly person to work as a receptionist in our dermatology office. Candidate should be reliable and able to multi-task while working together with other team members to provide excellent service and care for our patients. (no clinical skills needed)

Daily Responsibilities include use of EMR system to :

• Schedule Patient Appointments
• Register Patients
• Check Out Patients
• Answer Telephones
• Handle medical record releases & other patient correspondence
• Open/Close the office on rotating basis

Requirements:

• Minimum one year medical front office or pharmacy tech experience required
• Previous experience working with medical insurance preferred
• Experience with medical software preferred
• Professional customer service skills required
