Medical Receptionist / Dermatology Front Desk

Thriving dermatology private practice located in Wildwood is seeking a full-time Medical Front Desk Worker/ Receptionist to add to our team right now! We currently have an amazing group of healthcare professionals and are looking for another team member who shares our genuine desire to provide an exceptional patient experience in a positive work environment.

Office hours are Mon-Thurs 7:30AM - 4:30PM, Fri 7:30AM - 12:00pm, so every weekend feels like a 3 day weekend!

Front Office position is full-time 4.5 days/week (averaging around 38-40 hours/wk) to suit the ideal candidate that appreciates the value of a predictable work week.

Requirements include one or more years medical office experience and working knowledge of healthcare insurance ( dermatology experience preferred), good computer skills (if you've worked with Medtech software that's a plus!), must be reliable, professional and able to multi-task in a very fast paced environment (average 50-90 patients a day with 2-3 providers).

Successful applicant will function as part of the Front Desk team with duties that will include patient check-in, check-out, collect co-pays and payments, phone messages, appointment scheduling, chart preparation, chart filing, insurance card scanning, records scanning, faxing and data entry.

Key skills include: ability to multi-task, fast learner, communication skills, information collection, basic math skills to accurately add up charges and collections amounts with calculator, attention to detail, customer service skills, adaptability, confidentiality, warm personality, team player.
