Urology of St. Louis is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time front desk receptionist position. The candidate must bring a professional demeanor, stable work history, experience in a medical setting preferred and must possess the following:
The candidate must bring a professional demeanor, stable work history, experience in a medical setting preferred but can be entry-level and must possess the following:
- Good computer skills
- Experience answering a multi-line phone system
- Excellent customer service skills with patients, physicians, and coworkers
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health insurance preferred
- Electronic Medical Records experience preferred
We seek candidates whose personal attributes include professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Must have the ability to multi-task. An ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Urology, Specialty, or Internal Medicine practice.
